This is Really Sad

So after getting everything done last night a program on BBC caught my eye.

It was a program going deep into the obesity epidemic in the UK and it genuinely started to freak me out.

One of the statistics showed that currently 14.5 million people are mildly obese in the UK.

AND in the next 10 years, that number is expected to double to almost 30 MILLION people.

Almost half of the flippin’ population will be diagnosed as mildly obese, requiring some sort of intervention.

This was a massive eye-opener and I can’t believe how badly people have been educated around food that it is leading to this.

Surgeons have now developed a new ‘cost-effective’ surgery that is a variation on the usual gastric bypass.

Effectively it means people can hardly eat any food and it changes the brain’s relationship with your hunger.

What a load of bollocks.

Of course these people are at the end of the obesity spectrum that require the surgery but I wish I could get this message out there faster.

Unfortunately, a lot of people I speak to tell me that they’re either too busy to start or that it won’t work for them.

Trust me – it will.

This has what has pissed me off so much.

Not you but the fitness industry always insisting that you have to give up your life to get in the shape that you want.

NO YOU DON’T

You don’t have to cut out anything and you don’t need a flippin’ magic juice!

This is a system that keeps getting results for busy office-based blokes who are the most susceptible to gaining too much weight and sadly dying early.

I don’t want blokes trapped in their body’s overweight, stressed with aching joints and never able to do what they want before it’s too late.

Now I know you’re not obese but what I’m saying is stop saying you’re too busy to do something.

You’re not and I’m calling you out because initially that’s what a lot of people use as the reason for not doing anything.

The workouts are 12 minutes each and only need to be done 3 times per week…

AND the food is as flexible as you like.

Just get a half-decent amount of protein every day and it will fall off, trust me.

I don’t care anymore, I know this works and I know you’ll love it.

So if you want to stop making excuses (and I don’t care if you think I’m a dick) get involved and start the 30 day trial.
