I’m sure what I’m about to say will resonate with you on some level…
Because I know that there is a shed load of information out there when it comes to getting the weight off.
In fact – there is TOO much.
I’m not even going to list all of the different: methods, shakes and workouts because the list would go on forever…
But in a world of limited attention spans and a constant bombardment of info, it’s no wonder guys are struggling to get the weight off.
Remember the stat I mentioned recently?
That 66% of men in the UK are now overweight or obese.
Mad isn’t it?
Even with more: info, gyms and ‘health kicks’ than ever before – we can’t shift the annoying gut the makes us feel uncomfortable in clothes and awkward in photos.
One thing I promise you is that what I say will NEVER change…
No: shakes, pills, HIIT workouts are going to get you any closer to looking and feeling the way that you want to without following the good hard science.
So my ONE bit of advice today…
Cut out all of the info and remember…
I seriously mean this, if you follow the steps in that video, a whole life of…
– Fitting into the clothes that you want to look good in
– Looking your best in photos with your friends, family or Mrs
– Being proper chuffed with what you see in the mirror each morning before you go to work
– Constant compliments from: friends, family and colleagues
– And having the energy to do all of the things you want to do
…Is waiting for you on the other side.
If you’re not going to watch this video though, I really don’t think you want to lose the gut.
It’s more of a pipe dream than a genuine desire to be the best you.
And that’s cool.
Implementing is not for everyone.
