One of the things I hear people tell me before they start any program is that they’re too busy.
And – they’re actually right.
They are too busy.
You are WAY too busy to be going to the gym 5 to 6 times per week.
You are WAY too busy to be preparing 6 boxes of tupperware in the evening for the next long day at work.
Now when it comes to busy, my client (and now good friend Ivan) was as busy as they get. Working long hours at the Gherkin in Central London.
This guy was flat out.
When he came to me he said he wanted to get rid of the fat around his middle and improve his energy levels which he said were always all over the place.
Sure enough – after 2 and a half months, Ivan lost 12kg (almost 2 stone) on the scales, 14cm (5 and a half inches) off his waist and his energy levels went through the roof.

SO you are 100% right.
You are way too busy to do the conventional fat loss program and I honestly think if you were like the 12 hour Recruiter I was, it’s going to be hard for you to ever live that lifestyle.
It’s not impossible but it’s tough.
So look, if people tell you “you’re not too busy” just remember that you are but that there’s another and way easier way to everything around work.
You don’t have to feel guilty about not being ‘motivated.’
You are motivated, you just need a different strategy that fits in with your busy day.
