Without a shadow of a doubt, this is the thing that is keeping a lot of guys:

The weekly cycle.
The weekly cycle is where the majority of busy blokes make a real effort to get in shape from Monday through to Thursday.
Some weeks they prepare food on the Sunday night…
Some weeks they buy a healthy salad for lunch…
And some weeks they go to the gym or do some exercise 3-4x per week.
But then something happens from Thursday to Sunday…
The Men’s Health Magazine they read or that article online from the ripped up full-time fitness model didn’t say what the heck to do on Friday morning.
When everyone in the office is in a better mood.
When people bring in: cakes, sweets or pizza…
When people go for drinks after work…
And then flippin’ Saturday comes around.
It’s the wife’s birthday dinner…
Or it’s time to meet your mates for a few beers and a round of golf…
Or your going to your parent’s house for a BBQ.
It’s literally endless.
Suddenly that strict ‘plan’ that was sold to you doesn’t fit into your week.
And you feel guilty about another week where you haven’t ‘stuck’ to the ‘plan.’
As hard as you try and as much as you say ‘no’ to all of the temptations – this program is just making your life worse.
It’s making everything a ball ache.
So in the end you just give up
And then we’re back to Monday again…
